Client Services Analysts work with current clients on the phone to gather information and resolve issues. This role is for smart, self-starters who want to be involved with a dynamic company and are comfortable talking on the phone. Training is provided.

Intake Analysts are the front line to help sign up new clients, providing them with support and critical information. Legal Associate I

Location: Waltham, MA

The Legal Associate I completes a five month training program that includes in-class learning, screening of potential new clients via telephone, memo writing on sample and real cases, case development, and hearing practice. Once training is completed, the successful candidate will be responsible for representing SSDI claimants in their claim for benefits. This includes developing files, preparing and submitting pre-hearing memoranda, and attending hearings across the country. This position may require travel.
